Fintelli.Pro is committed to protecting your personal data. This policy explains what we collect, why, how long we keep it, and your rights under GDPR (EU) and PDPL (GCC).
1. Who we are
Fintelli.Pro is an independent finance consulting practice registered in Estonia and operating from Qatar. Data controller contact: hello@fintelli.pro.
2. What data we collect
Data you provide directly
- Name, email address, company name, and message content submitted via the contact form
- Email address submitted for blog or newsletter notifications
- Calendar booking information via Calendly (name, email, optional notes)
Data collected automatically
- Pages visited, time on site, referral source — collected via Google Analytics 4 (anonymised)
- Browser type, device type, approximate geographic region
- IP address (anonymised before storage in GA4)
3. Why we collect it
- To respond to enquiries submitted via the contact form
- To schedule and manage consultation bookings
- To understand which content is useful and improve the site
- To send newsletter updates where you have subscribed
4. Legal basis for processing (GDPR)
- Contract performance: Processing necessary to respond to service enquiries
- Legitimate interests: Analytics to improve the site (you can opt out via cookie preferences)
- Consent: Newsletter subscriptions and marketing tracking pixels
5. How long we keep data
- Contact form submissions: 12 months unless an ongoing engagement is in place
- Analytics data: per Google Analytics default retention settings (14 months)
- Newsletter subscriptions: until you unsubscribe
6. Third-party services
We use the following third-party tools which may process your data:
- Netlify — website hosting and form processing (US-based, Privacy Shield compliant)
- Google Analytics 4 via GTM — anonymised website analytics
- Calendly — appointment scheduling
- Microsoft 365 — email communication
- Ghost (when active) — blog and newsletter management
None of these providers sell your data. Data transfers outside the EEA are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent mechanisms.
7. Your rights
Under GDPR you have the right to: access your data, correct inaccurate data, delete your data, restrict processing, object to processing, and data portability. Under PDPL (GCC) you have equivalent rights. To exercise any right, email hello@fintelli.pro.
