Refund Policy

This policy governs refunds and cancellations for Fintelli.Pro consulting engagements, coaching programmes, and digital products. Please read this before purchasing or contracting services.

1. Consulting engagements

Consulting services are bespoke professional services delivered on a project or retainer basis.

2. Coaching programmes (Fintelli Academy)

3. Digital products and resources

Digital downloads and documents (templates, frameworks, guides) are non-refundable once downloaded. If a product is materially different from its description, contact us within 7 days for a resolution.

4. Cancellation by Fintelli.Pro

In the unlikely event that we must cancel a confirmed engagement or programme, a full refund of all fees paid will be issued within 14 days. We will also use reasonable efforts to provide alternative arrangements or a suitable replacement.

5. How to request a refund

Email hello@fintelli.pro with your engagement reference and the reason for the refund request. We will respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 14 days via the original payment method.

6. Disputes

If you are unsatisfied with a service outcome, contact us before initiating a dispute. We take quality seriously and will work to reach a fair resolution in all circumstances.
