Refund Policy

1. Consulting engagements

Consulting services are bespoke professional services delivered on a project or retainer basis.

• Before work commences: Full refund of any deposit paid within 7 days of payment, if work has not yet started and written notice is provided
• After work commences: Payment is due for all work completed to the cancellation date, plus a 10% early termination fee for projects cancelled within the agreed delivery timeline without cause
• Milestone-based projects: Completed milestones are non-refundable. Future milestones are refunded in full

2. Coaching programmes (Fintelli Academy)

• Before first session: Full refund within 7 days of payment
• After first session: 50% refund if cancelled within 14 days of first session and fewer than 3 sessions have been delivered
• After 3 sessions: No refund. Sessions are individually transferable to another individual with 7 days' notice
• Fintelli.Pro Certified programme: Refund terms are specified in the programme agreement. Typically: full refund before Week 2, 50% before Week 5, no refund after Week 5

3. Digital products and resources

Digital downloads and documents (templates, frameworks, guides) are non-refundable once downloaded. If a product is materially different from its description, contact us within 7 days for a resolution.

4. Cancellation by Fintelli.Pro

In the unlikely event that we must cancel a confirmed engagement or programme, a full refund of all fees paid will be issued within 14 days. We will also use reasonable efforts to provide alternative arrangements or a suitable replacement.

5. How to request a refund

Email hello@fintelli.pro with your engagement reference and the reason for the refund request. We will respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 14 days via the original payment method.

6. Disputes

If you are unsatisfied with a service outcome, contact us before initiating a dispute. We take quality seriously and will work to reach a fair resolution in all circumstances.
